We take great care in crafting and delivering every order, and we hope you love what you receive. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, here’s how we can help.
1. Coffee and Cookies
As our cookies and coffee are freshly prepared and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or with packaging issues, please contact us at info@flourfeine.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
After reviewing your claim, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
2. Merchandise (Clothing, Totes, Equipment, etc.)
If you’ve received an incorrect item, size, or color - or if your order arrives damaged - please email us at info@flourfeine.com within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
· Write to us at info@flourfeine.com mentioning your order number and a brief description of the issue.
· Our team will review your request and share return or resolution instructions.
· Once approved and processed, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 4 - 7 business days.
4. Exceptions
· Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
· Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please reach out to us at info@flourfeine.com for next steps.
