We roast regularly instead of producing large inventories, so your coffee is shipped soon after roasting. Yes. Flour & Feine offers both whole bean and ground coffee. Simply choose your preferred brewing method while ordering, and we'll grind your Indian specialty coffee to suit French Press, AeroPress, Pour Over, Espresso, Moka Pot or other brewing methods.
If you're new to Indian specialty coffee, start with a balanced medium roast. These coffees are approachable, easy to brew and enjoyable both black and with milk. Flour & Feine clearly recommends beginner-friendly coffees on every product page.
French Press works best with medium or medium-dark roasted coffees that offer sweetness, body and low bitterness. At Flour & Feine, coffees such as C&T Estate and Kaimara Belt, Shariff Estate are excellent choices for rich, balanced French Press brewing.
Espresso performs best with coffees that deliver sweetness, body and balanced acidity. Medium and medium-dark roasted Indian specialty coffees create excellent espresso shots while also pairing beautifully with milk-based drinks such as cappuccinos and lattes.
Store your coffee in its original sealed bag or an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat and moisture. Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator, as changing temperatures and humidity can reduce freshness and affect flavour.
Specialty coffee is generally at its best within 30 to 60 days after roasting. Once opened, keep the bag tightly sealed and avoid unnecessary exposure to air to preserve aroma, sweetness and flavour.

Orders are usually roasted, packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times vary by location, but most customers across India receive their Flour & Feine order within a few business days after dispatch.
Flour & Feine offers free shipping across India on all orders placed through our website. Every order is roasted, packed and shipped from our specialty coffee roastery in Thane, with no hidden shipping charges at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment from our Thane roastery to your delivery address.
Because roasted coffee is a perishable food product, we generally cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, contact Flour & Feine within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product. Our team will review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement or resolution.
