Flour & Feine was recently featured in the local press, sharing the story behind our unconventional roastery, our obsession with single-origin Indian coffee, and the four friends who started it all.

So we made Modak Box - with two fillings: Dry Fruit and Dark Chocolate & Coconut Jaggery.

Because modak season deserves good coffee too.

We took Flour & Feine out of the roastery and into Cash Carnival 26–27 at V.G. Vaze College.
A table packed with cookies, a campus buzzing with energy, and a day spent meeting a whole new crowd of cookie people.
We came for the fest. We left with a few good stories.
We’d call it a good day.

The launch got slightly out of hand.
We introduced our new piLattes, unveiled the "Dialed In" Cap, and somehow ended up singing Himesh Reshammiya with a room full of coffee people.
We'd call it a success.

COFFEE WORKSHOP
The Bean Story - 26 Apr 26 | Thane
In collaboration with TasteCraft: The Institute of Culinary Science, Flour & Feine hosted The Bean Story - a guided coffee session exploring how Indian specialty coffee moves from bean to cup.
From origin and roasting to brewing and tasting, the session focused on process, precision, and understanding coffee beyond the cup.
A focused, small-group experience built around curiosity, technique, and better coffee.

Flour & Feine was part of Thane’s first Gourmet Coffee Fest, serving Indian specialty coffee and introducing our beans to a wider audience.
Two days of brewing, conversations, and connecting with a growing community curious about better coffee.
